With our Integrated Care (IGV) offerings, you benefit as a patient from even better medical care for certain diagnoses. In order to join, you will need to meet the respective medical requirements.  Participation in all IGV special treatment programmes is voluntary.

With your written declaration of participation (enrolment), you also agree to participate in the optional Integrated Care Plan (IGV).
